With the RS232-TCP/IP-converter you can connect a REINHARDT-weather station MWS 10, MWS 88-2, MWS 55V, MWS 9-5, MWS 8, MWS 6 (with datalogger box only), MWS 5MV, MWS 4M or a sensor with datalogger with RS232-interface. The output RS232-protocol is converted into a network protocol (TCP/IP), so that the connected weather station can be integrated directly into a TCP/IP-network. Through the converter, the connected weather station gets an IP address at two ports which are freely chosen (via the webinterface of the converter) and can thus be scanned over the complete network. It is easy to connect the TCP/IP-Module Indoor with PoE to the weather station or the sensor: It is just looped into the connection of the weather station or sensor (single plug connection) or it is supplied with voltage by a network cable.

Via an IP address, the data can be retrieved on 2 ports simultaneously, 1 port full access, 1 port read access only.
