Precision-Micro Dispensing System PMDS 99 for exactly dispensing liquids similar to water and media similar to pastes.



Liquids similar to water can be sucked up from a big vessel by our tube pump which is controlled by a stepping motor. Thus cartridges and other vessels for the medium are unnecessary. Media with less viscosity such as pastes and glues are hold in a pressure tank which grants a minimum running speed and also doses via tube pump. Dispensing range is from 20 nl to 50 ml at a dispensing speed from 30 nl to 1.19 ml per second, depending on the tube diameter. The unit can be calibrated and is used e.g. in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, in automobile industries and electronics for dispensing solder pastes, lubricants, paints, dyes, glues, resins or cement lamp production.

RS232-interface and software on disk, foot switch and power supply, 1 tube for the pump, 1.5 m long, inner diameter 0.38 mm, 1 tube for the pump, 1.5 m long, inner diameter 0.8 mm, 1 tube for the pump, 1.5 m long, inner diameter 2.4 mm, 1 dispensing rod for 1.09 mm and 2.4 mm resp. and 1 for  4 mm tube diameter, 1 set of dispensing pins, 1 calibaration vessel, 5 ml
